It’s no secret that health care costs continue to soar in the United States. But we may be blaming the wrong ‘usual suspects,’ a new study from McKinsey Global Institute suggests.
The problem is not really unnecessary ER visits. Or, the mixed public-private payer system in the US. Or prescription drug marketing. It’s that Americans get more stuff done.
